This tool puts in work! I love it so much I have bought two. Great for breaking up all the knots in your back. My friends always ask for it. This specific brand is very well made and comes with a guide book.

This is a perfect handy tool to help with muscle tension on back, neck %26 shoulders that are hard to reach. It's not bulky %26 the perfect size if need to travel with also.

A well made massage tool yet is too small and compact for a 6 foot male body.

I will be returning this
They don’t have the common sense to tell you that this item is made for little people. It’s a little hard to massage your shoulder when you can’t even get the thing over your shoulder. Would’ve been nice to tell you that it was made for little people.
