Cheap quality ! Only massages in one position forward and back, not much around with so I guess I should've just expected you get what you pay for with this item better off ordering on Amazon and spending the extra $5-10$ for a similar item that can offer more massage modes

I would recommend this item with another store not Walmart. It says it can be retired by April. I tried ti replace it and it's not refundable or replaced. I paid insurance band it does not give me the option to do so. I used it once and it worked great. I went to use it again and it doesn't work. Walmart says items from3rd party and they should be held responsible. To get to a customer service is a joke and once you do they apologize a 100 times with no result. Only result is some one will respond within 48 hours. I am a member and that means nothing to me. Buy your items in Amazon not Kohl's. A waste of my money l.

It's great on the occipitals but not on your neck. It's hard to massage the shoulder muscles. If you put too much pressure on it, the wheels slow down and stop. The cover does come off, and then you can see how it actually works. You have to hold on to it too, so you can't really relax. Would not recommend.

Too weak to lie down on (I weigh only 180 lbs). Thus the only way to massage your lower back is to sit in a chair, and avoid leaning back too hard... which rather defeats the intended purpose. However it does work OK on the neck and backs of thighs while lying down. Still, I need one unit that does it all.

You can't even put any weight on it. I got this for my dad for Christmas and it barely even works you can't lay back on it or anything. The slightest bit of weight makes it just not work very unhappy with this product I would return, but I threw away the box.

This was not at all what I it was. First you're tether to it because it has to be plugged in. It is too hard. I was looking for something soft to put on my back that vibrated to help soothe my pain. This thing is like putting a brick back there not at all what I wanted or what I thought it was If you're looking for a very hard surface to massage this, this would be your product

Can barely even feel anything, says deep kneading but uts more like being tickled by a butterfly. Would not recommend for someone who has chronic back pain, looking into getting a regund.

I should have read the reviews for this item before purchasing. It isn't strong enough at all and completely stops as soon as any pressure or weight os put on it. I am planning to return this and do not recommend at all.

Plug got so hot after 5 minutes when I unplugged it felt like it was going to catch fire! Thankfully because the massage is weak and doesn't work I went to unplug it and found it so hot at the outlet I had to drop it

It is way too rough on the neck and base of the skull,, very uncomfortable on the back,, and if it isn't covered with a towel it will pull hair out of your head. If you use it on your legs and you're a man make sure you cover it with something.
