I was very skeptical about the ease of this product. It looked so strange in the pictures provided. I live alone so I don't have anyone to help me hold it or help if I need to adjust it. But this product blew me away! Oh wow does it get in there and ease those knots! You can use it absolutely anywhere! When you have it in the perfect spot, it will walk itself down your back without any effort! I think I said…”where have you been all my life”!

Husband 2.0! Never disappoints! Doesn't talk back! Always has my back! I should have bought this years ago. The heat feature works great. The massager turns off after about 10 min of use. Just turn it back on for another 10 min session! The heat really kicks in after about 2 sessions. All your fav settings stay put, so next time you need it, it's ready! Charges in 2 1/2 hrs. Bought 2 to rotate charging and keep my neck/back happy 😊 Moms, you need this. I have 7 kids. Game changer for my neck!

It works, It's big and bulky, and I never know where to put it when I'm not using it...but ya'll it Works!! Gets' the knots out of my neck and shou;der in 3 mins!

I got this and it immediately helped my shoulders. unfortunately I couldn't get deep enough so I had to get a different massager. but I would highly recommend it.

The little bobs of the shiatsu part are sort or hard but maybe it's because I'm petite. Overall we like it and the battery lasts a long time on a single charge. Worth the buy. It helped my husbands neck and kept his hands from falling asleep

This product is amazing! Overall the feel is tough and relieving with the pressure along the lines of a Swedish massage it feels wonderful. The 4 is only because the massagers are spaced kind of far apart, however for the price this is phenomenal!

Can't control options without removing it from your body. Control should be on a wire connected to the device, Heat is useless. Almost no heat. No option to have heat without massage. Direction switch did not help me. No need to assemble. Ready to use after charge. Comes with USB charge code, but you need to buy USB to electricity adapter.

I needed something for arthritis pain in my neck and shoulders. Heat and massage are helpfu so I looked on line and this looked good. This product is NOT satisfactory. It's bigger than I thought, heavy, bulky, hard to manage. The massage parts were painful to my shoulders. For my needs it's worthless. I donated it.

Shiatsu 3d massager My personal experience with this massager was mediocre at best. It made my back pain worse and was hard to sit and have it on massage mode, the rotating spheres on the massager were hard plastic and uncomfortable to the spine. sometimes it felt good but, overall it wasn't my favorite product. 2/5 stars.

whoever designed this product should be fired. You spend more time trying to adjust it than it actually massaging you. It is big and bulky, and it does not sit evenly on your neck nor your shoulders and you basically have to bend your body all the way down for it to work it is uncomfortable It does not stay in one spot. I hurt my arms more trying to adjust it than it massages. you're better off just buying one off Amazon for the same price that is easy to use and will massage both of your shoulders at the same time. also, it only stay charged for like 10 minutes.
