This is like getting a professional massage and much better than a massage gun since you can relax your arms/hands in the pockets. I felt like years of tension in my back, neck and shoulders were gone. My only advice is to not use it for an hour like I did because my back was sore the next day lol. I'm buying another one for my daughter.

I had shoulder replacement surgery and needed to have some of that extra deep tissue massaging on my back. I could not reach it, and this resolved the problems. I could find right where I needed it to be to help with all of the tightness in my neck and back.

Coming from a massage therapist- this thing is incredible. Perfect amount of pressure, heats up, you can use it anywhere on your body. Just did not even ten minutes between my shoulder blades and felt my whole neck loosen up. Absolutely worth it especially for the price.

Yes this is just what I needed. I work at a desk looking hunched at a computer most days. My shoulders feel stiff as a result. I use this at night with some magnesium spray and it does the trick. Really great massager and helps loosen my shoulders. Combined with the magnesium I'm so relaxed it puts me to sleep.

used my first one ,then a freind had back issues gave mine to my friend ,it worked well so gave it to my friend and brought a second one. works very well

i did not recive my order again this is ridiculous every prder i have order has not came. i specifically ask for my orders to be hand delivered to me . i want a damm refund and not ordering from Walmart anymore.

I've tried several different massagers and this has been the best one. With the variable operating speeds and option for heat, my husband and I are both able to use it. For the cost, we were pleasantly surprised by the intensity of the massager.

This massager exceeded expectations! The arm loops allow you to intensify the pressure and still use your hands while getting a massage. The heat feature is fabulous. 5 out of 5 stars from me!

Although it doesnt seem to get very warm, this massager is amazing. i used it from my neck down to my lower back and after 1 session only, my fingers were no longer numb upon awakening. i did another session today and hoping for more positive outcome. i like that it rotates clockwise and counter clockwise, it has different speeds as well. i paid 27 bucks for this item and it was worth 4xs as much! it also comes with a car adaptor so you can use it while driving.

The massage is almost uncomfortably hard and aggressive. Its hard to get it positioned where you need it. Also the controls are in an awkward place.
