Totally obsessed with this. The camera is so clear. The picture on the phone makes it so easy to navigate. This is definitely for adults to use to make sure they don't go too far in the ear. It's easy to use and my grandkids love getting their ears cleaned now. It's definitely worth it.

I was really surprised how well this thing works and how easily it connects. I pulled out a lil bit of gunk I never knew was in my ear, first try. It even takes pictures. I've uploaded a photo of the inside of my ear, if anyone needed further proof this actually works.

this is an excellent product, comes with multiple little rubber ear pieces, which is handy because both of my kids can use this and just switch out the ear cover part

It really works, but there is a learning curve. It's like backing up a trailer— right is left and left is right. And you obviously have to be very, very careful. But within an hour of charging the product, I managed to get a wax ball the size of a raisin out of my ear. Incredible. And the best thing about this product is I got it on special for about $14 versus the $40 you would pay online or in CVS.

Great camera/video quality very easy to use once you get it hooked up which did take a few minutes to figure out since it has its own wifi but the instructions were fairly clear over all its great it does get very warm after a couple minutes of use

This thing actually works fantastic, I bought our purchased a number of things like this and you get up there and you look at it and all of a sudden is just a piece of junk. This is not a piece of junk. This is a useful tool.

For a price far below my insurance deductible I was able to see and clear a disgusting amount of ear wax that had formed. Setup was easy and fast and the image was clear. You can record and photograph what you see as well

another item that wants you to add another app to your phone. if you like adding apps go for it. tossed this and got a hard wired one with it's own monitor. works great.

To be fair, I didn't try the actual product. The way it wanted me to connect to a wifi network THE EAR DEVICE created and give it access to my wifi was just too sketchy for my household. We worry about cyber security and this was very sketchy.

The device will not charge and thus will not turn on. i have had it attempting to charge with no indicator for a few hours and I get nothing. The plug and cord being used all work on other devices, but nothing for the ear cleaner.
