They came very compact in an oversized box. After taking them out of the layers of plastic it took about 24 hours and me beating the pillows into submission that they finally got fluffy.

The cushion is a good add to your home. It takes time to inflate. It is however on the thinner side and does not have a lot of thickness. The color and fabric quality are good.

It came in a box 12 x 10 x 5 rolled up so tight that it took five days for it to expand. The color is right, but the support is nothing like the picture. I plan to return it.

I wish I had read other people’s reviews before buying. The floor cushions that I received were deflated, wrinkly, and covered in a plastic-y chemical coating. They are not cushioned like how they appear in the listing. If I wanted a knockoff or poor quality floor cushion, I would’ve bought off of Temu instead. I’m returning these asap.

This pillow is horrible . It is actually not a pillow. It certainly should arrive with instructions on how to restore after you receive it wrinkled and flat like a pancake in a vacuum packed state. You may as well sit on the floor as flat as this is. Very disappointed!!!

This item came vacuum sealed and so tightly wrapped that even though we left it out of the packaging for 2 days it never bounced back and did not remotely resemble the cushion pictured on the website.

Very disappointed in these cushions! I returned them immediately! One set didn't even make a cushion out of itself did follow all instructions 100% sorry for the bad review but you asked !

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this product. It arrived extremely wrinkled, compressed, and misshapen. The cushion does not hold its shape and looks poorly packaged, as if it had been stored improperly. The quality does not match the description or expectations.

Arrived compressed, flat as a pancake and after placing in the dryer has only puffed up to 1/4 of it's implied size. Not happy and way overpriced!!!
