Sturdy enough for everyday family use. Loads better than the cheapest spoons that bend while digging into a bowl of rice. Fork tines don't snap off while eating spaghetti. While not at sturdy as the ones one would splurge on for a grandiose party, these are the perfect balance of function and price for my household of 5 adults and a child. I also like that I am not paying for unneeded knives every time I get a box.
nice value, can withstand somewhat hot things but not very hot, they bend when touching ramen bowl water after taking ramen out of the microwave, but they hold up as expected under normal use case. Somewhat flexy, not the most sturdy, but the value is what I was looking for.
Now, let's address the elephant in the room: they're plastic. And yes, I'm aware of the environmental implications. I try to balance my disposable usage with reusable options, but for certain scenarios – outdoor events, large gatherings, or those particularly desperate "I just can't adult today" evenings – they are an undeniable convenience that's hard to beat. It's a trade-off, and sometimes, the trade-off for a moment of peace from dish duty is worth it. My family, from my perpetually snacking little ones to my husband who views dishwashing as a form of ancient torture, genuinely appreciates these. The kids love the "fun" of disposable utensils (it still feels like a party to them!), and for me, it means fewer arguments about whose turn it is to unload the dishwasher. It buys me precious moments of relaxation, which, frankly, are priceless. So, for the second time, I wholeheartedly endorse the Great Value Disposable Plastic White Forks and Spoons. They might be simple, they might be plastic, but they are consistently reliable, surprisingly sturdy, and a true blessing for anyone who values convenience and hates doing dishes. They're not just a product; they're a lifestyle choice for the dish-averse. Pros: Reliably Sturdy: They're not going to snap on you when you're halfway through your spaghetti. They handle most foods with grace. Balanced Quantity: The perfect 60/60 fork-to-spoon ratio is a quiet hero, ensuring you always have what you need. Ultimate Convenience %26 Zero Cleanup: The biggest perk! Eating a meal without the looming dread of washing dishes is a pure joy. Cons: Environmental Impact: Yes, they're disposable plastic. This is the main drawback for eco-conscious consumers. Aesthetic (or lack thereof): They're basic white. If you're going for elegance, you'll need to look elsewhere. No Knife Included: While forks and spoons are covered, you'll still need to provide your own cutting solution for tougher foods.
The design myst have changed recently. They are pretty FLIMSY. They are acceptable for soft foods but thats anout it.
best plastic silverware there is and the 3pk saves me from having to keep buying more so often and finding them in the store can be tricky nowadays
Lasted for almost a month for my family of 3. Perfect for days you don't feel like washing extra dishes or for parties.
i pick these up to have some extre sore, everything. i keep them on hand I sometimes get competely understand .. they are for my specific copltr33
We use to love the great value plastic utensils but they recently changed them and they are no longer sturdy or good quality at all like they were previously. Please change them back! Honestly they are no longer a great value because they break easily and are really poor quality now.
Walmart has gone to a different manufacturer. The new utensils are very cheaply made, %26 are VERY difficult to hang onto as the handles have sharp ridges on them. I have neuropathy in my hands %26 on first use experienced pain from the ridges. Do NOT recommend this new product!!
The box is very flimsy and not sealed on the bottom or sealed in plastic. When my order was delivered I opened the Walmart bag and went to remove the box. Half of the contents of the box ended up on the kitchen floor! The forks and spoons don't seem very sturdy either. Do not recommend them,
