like the product. Problem is they shipped it in a tube. Still after many days it still will not lay flat. even after being in the sun on the floor. in the comments before I ordered many said theirs had shipped flat.

Mat came rolled up and took about a week to flatten out. We purchased the ""medium pile"" mat to use on medium-pile carpet, but the mat is so flexible that the chair wheels sink into it and it becomes hard to roll the chair out of the depressions without tipping over. Also, the ""grippers"" for medium pile might work on short-pile carpet, but they definitely don't on medium pile -- the mat shifts around very easily and must be repositioned frequently. We got ANOTHER mat (bamboo) to put on top of it; the combination works OK but costs as much as it would have cost to buy a premium, plush-pile mat in the first place -- which we didn't think we'd need as we do not have plush carpeting.

I bought this floor mat just a little over a year ago. It is already cracking, do not buy this chair mat.

You advertise you product as PVC. The only PVC I have ever seen is rigid. I sent an inquiry about the rigidity and got some response with a woman's face on it which did not make sense to me. I went ahead and order the mat. We I saw it delivered I knew is was not what I expected. When I first put my study chair on it, the weight of the chair alone was enough to make indentations. Of course when I sit in it they become even deeper which then makes it hard to move. The other issue is that I found the dimensions misleading as they include the lip extension and it is given separately when in fact the longest dimension includes the lip. This causes my chair casters to drop off the mat when I turn from my credenza where my PC is located to my leg desk. Had you specifications been more clear I would have ordered the next size up.
