I bought this for my son's desk and he loves it. He is 6'0' and 190lbs. and the chair holds up very well. I bought it twice, the first time i had to take it back to the store because the cushion for the chair was defective. I bought it again online and the chair was not defective and i am completely satisfied with it. Customer service was great when i took it back to the store the 1st time, they called 'Bob the builder' from the back warehouse to see if he could fix it but it was a defect and they refunded the amount right away.
used ship to store option for receipt. very nice chair versus price. large base gives good stability. height adjust works fine. assembly was easy and straightforward. cushions are comfortable and attractive. my only issue are the armrests. this was covered in customer reviews. I feel they are too low on assembled chair. rests curve quickly downward from back to front. design change would upgrade this feature. was not a deal breaker. again, I was aware of this potential issue. be aware of this condition before purchase decision. overall grade is an A-. very good price for chair dimensions. I am a larger man. wide seat is adequate. looking at buying another. am looking at modifying arm rests to increase intended function. this was the largest chair versus price I found anywhere. numerous other retail chains including ebay. you can spend $200 on an office chair such as this. take your savings and treat yourself, or upgrade your wardrobe. walmart's summer clothing selection is without equal. past professional experience afforded me purchasing/goods and services comparison analysis. as long as I feel good about purchase experience after dust has settled, it is a win for me. it is no more complicated than that to me. price-quality-delivery. thank you walmart. I will be back for many years to come.
I love this chair. It sits good. use it everyday at computer two or three hours at a time. Only thing I cant figure out yet is how to make the back tilt.
The chair was simple to put together it took less than 20 minutes and it looks nice in my office. I would recommend the product. The only reason I put average for durability is because I have only had it for a few weeks so only time will tell.
I love the comfort and easy assembly
The chair took about 15-20 minutes to set up. The back is high enough that it offers some neck support. I was satisfied with the quality of the product. It was worth it to spend the extra money. My only problem was when I spent extra for faster delivery and received the product 3 days after I was supposed to.
This is a good chair for a any office/home minus the huge price tag. The setup was easy and its pretty sturdy even for a large guy as myself. The seat and back lengths are good as well, so tall individuals shouldn't have problem. Despite other reviews the chair DOES lean back, but of course the manufacturer doesn't provide instructions because they do not recommend leaning back in this chair. The only downsides about the chair are the arms length. During the unboxing and assembly the chair the parts were all covered in dust from the legs to the seat itself. Also don't be fooled into purchasing the extra shipping fee for processing. I didn't receive the chair until 5 business days (also two weekend days) after the specified arrival date provided by Walmart.
The box came completely damaged and the leg wheel part was covered in dirt with scratches. I think it was used and then returned. I bought this unknowing of this (didn't purchase a 'used' version) and was very disappointed. Not very comfortable. If you aren't sitting for long periods of time it would be fine but I work remotely and even with a seat cushion, it isn't very comfortable. Overall it works fine but I was extremely disappointed in how the product arrived and what it looked like. I don't expect that when purchasing a brand new product.
The dimensions given in the description are way off. It is not a very big chair.
Worst decision EVER!!!!! The screws for the arms are really short and after a few days they come out. I screwed them in sooooooo tight and after 3 days they came out. It's annoying and I am looking for a new chair already.
