These crystals are extremely tasty. They dissolve really easily in water but can also be used as a topping on food. They even taste great plain by the spoonful. Definitely help with energy and circulation. Really high quality. Excellent packaging. Bling shelf life. Transparency about sourcing of ingredients and easy to contact company with questions.
