I find soft gels difficult to swallow. they seem to stick to the throat on the way down. will not order soft gels again change to gummies

Very hard, not easy to chew. The taste is extremely bitter, not pleasant at all.The dose is 2 chews hard enough chewing the first one. Contains corn syrup, raw cane sugar and stevia extract. Even with all of that the bitter taste is very strong.
