It's works perfectly for changing the oil, was tired of the mess of just the pan, found this and now the funnel helps with the mess. Only complaint is the tube is a bit long and blocks the flow at the bottom of the pan, just have to make some adjustments. Would definitely recommend it

First off the local auto parts store was selling this for $15 more than listed by Walmart so that was factor %231 for buying it from Walmart. Best price anywhere. It's built of the same sturdy plastic that most auto fluid containers are made of. Super easy to assemble and operate when you need to change the catch pans height. I always use an oil mat when changing my own oil because it's almost inevitable to spill some but this catch pan pretty much eliminated my need for one. The only thing that could possibly make this better is if it had low profile caster wheels on it but over all this is an absolute must for any one who does their own oil or other fluid changes!

I had an older model that lasted me for 15 years. This will do the same. They both use the same amount of space.

It can adjust to different heights so that it is very close to the oil plug and avoids oil spills. I love it! Every DIYer should have this.

Not bad at all , just the spilling nozzle is to straight for oil

We purchased this oil drain pan to replace one lost in a garage fire. It suited our needs as being large enough to do a couple of oil changes before dumping it. The extension tube is nice for our F-150. It is not so nice when it comes to screwing in the plug (on top) when you want to take it to dump. It just keeps turning. (design flaw) You will need to use both hands to try and secure it. Overall it is O.K., less sucky than other ones. It could be a great oil pan but they cheap out on some of the parts and design.

Little to zero quality control in this product. I had to use a razor blade to cut off all the excess casting left behind so that the cap would seal properly. The inside of the container was full of plastic shavings from manufacturing, see the photo of what I had to shake out of it. But, hopefully it will fulfill its purpose of a cleaner, splash and spill free oil change. Quality gripes aside, it looks like it should.

the tray part sucks splashes oil everywhere ended up just taking it off and using it like a normal oil catcher without the extension piece.

Ordered online but it was shipped without the funnel.
