Fluidmaster 7530P8 Better Than Wax Universal Wax-Free Toilet Seal

After trying two different wax rings and still having problems, I decided to give the Fluidmaster Better Than Wax seal a try. I wish I had started with this in the first place. Installation was simple and a lot less messy than dealing with wax. Once I set the toilet back down, everything lined up perfectly and it sealed right away. No leaks, no wobble, and best of all—no more pulling the toilet back up for the third time. It really lives up to the “Better Than Wax” name. If you're tired of fighting with wax rings that won't seal, this is absolutely worth it.

I kept having leak issues with the wax rings an went to this years ago an still have no leaks at least last 7 years. Only reason I bought a new one is I'm replacing the old toilet to new one an jus decided to change/update it while doing so since knowing how good these work.

No matter if your flange sits above, below or at floor height, with or without the spacer included, this is the universal choice. As stated, no wax ring hassles, e-z install!

These are a no brainer, the wax rings are history. It's so much easier and cleaner to not have to mess with the old wax style rings.

Before you use a wax ring you need to try one of these. You will not be disappointed with one of these.

I was attempting to resolve a plumbing issue within my house. I was advised to order this item and replace the previous Seal it all worked out.

Ordered online went to pick up, parked in the isle I was told to park in... I called to let them know I was there after doing it online as well....They had a hard time even trying to find my name or order....I gave them the Order number as well....

Came with all parts that you might need to use. Well built, good construction, good instructions, easy installation and did a great leak repair and sealing job.

I hope this review helps other consumers make wise choices. The Fluidmaster 7530P8 Better Than Wax Universal Wax-Free Toilet Seal This innovative toilet seal is a GREAT IDEA and it's constructed well with decent materials. The head scratchers are: 1. sealing it to the base of an existing commode vs easy access to the underside of a commode in a new installation and 2. no waterproof seal in between the levels/ layers of the design. If you experience a sewer or commode line backup, the overflow water WILL seep out in between the layers/levels. A little improvement to this design (seals in between layers/levels) will go a long way to getting away from the tried and almost true wax ring. For these reasons, I'm out, and opted to stick with the wax ring. I can't wait to see the wax less more forgiving designs nice to the forefront of sewer line transition sealing! And I'll continue trying them until they get it right… The listing photos are identical to the actual item. It arrived quickly in new condition.

I thought I would like it bc it was rubber sealing instead of wax. however, several of the pieces weren't in the box and I kept thinking I just didn't know what I was doing but it just so happen to be missing a few items. needless to say we still have a toilet that isn't sealed properly and feels more like a Rocking chair that a toilet
