Bought for my son's tiny home and it does its job quite well!!! Definitely highly recommend this product.
easy to put piping together. had trouble installing to window as the pipe was hitting the edge of my window frame. Raised the frame w wood and alsome duct tape - all seems good room is a double car garage ~ 450 sq ft. haven't had too many really hot days but so far keeps the temperature comfortable. a bit noisy for my taste but acceptable. bare concrete floors do echo tho... haven't tried the heating yet. overall good experience.
this is the first winter in using this, I am notsatisfied.In cold temps I get coolto cold from this, hardly any wamth
Really quite loud when it's on low which is weird doesn't seem cool as good as the last one I had and can't figure out how to turn the automatic timer on pain in the back side
FedEx driver dropped the object after calling Customer Service they shipped me around From place to place just to get back to Customer Service just to have them argue with me and then the shipper argued with me so I don't recommend it. I'm not happy with it by the time it was all said and done. I just wanted my money back
Bought 2. No trays. Ok Installed 3 months after I bought them. One just pours water after 10 mins, andnot from the drain. Spoke to company, get transfered, hung up. No email response. I thought be perfect heat/ac for my kids rooms. We live in the south. Get something else. Crap just pure crap
After only 2 months and 2 days, the fan is now wobbling inside the unit causing a loud rattling noise on every setting, low, medium, and high. Walmart says it is outside of their window, allstate protection plan says it should still be under manufacturer warranty, and no one knows the contact information for this manufacturer. This junk cost hundreds of dollars and didnt even last one season, a shame. The protection plans are just a scam as they never cover anything in this cases and if they do accept a return you are still left for weeks waiting on your money back in the heat with no air conditioning.... I bought a 3 year protecrion plan and they wont help me when the item is less than 3 months old..
product is already broken in 2 months, does not blow cold air, the tube will not scrunch up and produces a ton of hot air making it more of a heater at the moment.
item was damaged upon delivery did not work
guit cooling after a couple of hours poor products
