Folding Commode with Padded Seat, Portable Toilet and Bedside Commode Chair

The folding commode with padded seat looks exactly as it was pictured. I could not find any instructions for final assembly, so I figured it must be straightforward. I was very pleased to find that all 4 legs are adjustable in height. I could not get the seat on by myself. Probably not strong enough. I should have had my Christmas company help me.

This commode was more expensive, but worth it. Very pleased with all aspects. Also like that it is made of aluminum and not steel.

Too many adjustments holes. Grateful it was sturdy

The base frame, even when properly assembled, wiggles from side to side. This was a concern for tipping over. The blue padded seat is a little dense but much more comfortable than the hard all plastic seat of a regular bedside commode. The open front of the blue padded seat is very good for accommodating male anatomy. Since the wiggle of the base was a concern for tipping we switched the padded seat to the regular bedside commode, and it fits perfectly. The seat of the regular bedside commode was unbearably hard, but the frame is stable. So with combining the padded seat to the old bedside commode we are very happy with comfort and safety.

The seat is comfortable but the chair is very light and a little unstable. The clamp that holds the seat in place loosened in less than 30 days, which allows it to slip and not hold the seat in place.

Commode legs too long for a short senior, the back support bar too far out not cushion for back support, very uncomfortable for a 4' 11” to lie back

The product is flimsy, there wasn't any literature included, and it appears that it was not a new purchase since plastic was obviously ripped and some parts weren't enclosed in any bag. Also, charged for return and haven't received a credit as of yet.
