I was using this to deliver waters and groceries. Going to 3rd floor you can only take 1 water at a time. the Velcro did not stick well for groceries delivery. the bag fall forward. I got the job done with a bit of struggle. You can definitely use it for light groceries 5-6 bags with no struggle.

I accidentally broke the handle a little while putting it together but it snapped back on. Its a little flimsy feels like it might break after a short time but so far it's working perfectly. I use it for my laundry. I live on the 3rd floor and landry mat is on the first here.

Assembly is a bit cumbersome because the instructions are short and cheap. Someone could hurt him or herself if not being careful. Manufacturer should give more complete and thorough instructions for assembly. Item can carry many versatile things, but safety should be more of a focus before selling an item like this

Horrible design. The wheels are taller than the bottom rack where the basket sits or where you would put something like a box to carry. I bought this because I live on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. Used it once and realized that the loading of anything does not work because of the sitting rack being below the top wheel which means your item sits on the wheels instead of the rack and it bangs and grabs just like a standard cart would. I would imagine this will also cause holes to be worn in the bottom of the bag after not much use. Don't waste your money on this cart. It will not work as described.

The bag tends to shrug downward, because the velcro is not as strong as it claimed. Even when nothing is in it, plus the cardboard fell in on the first use. Very disappointing 😞

Falls down when it has no extra support , I'd pay more for security, more stability. It's hard to use when alone, without extra help to get purchases home.
