I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) often and it kicked in majorly for the past 3 weeks, like snakes crawling in my legs and ankles. Drove me crazy! I saw these daily relief muscle chews from Force Factor on Walmart's website and after taking them for 2 full days, the snakes are GONE!!! My muscles are relaxed now and my mood is calm and I'm so relieved!! Like a night and day difference. I'll continue to take these for sure. I cheated and took 2 chews twice a day for the first 2 days, then 1 chew twice a day for 2 days, then down to 1 chew per day… usually just before bedtime. It's basically just NordicCherry, magnesium, and bromelain. I'd been taking plenty of magnesium before this flare up, but it just wasn't enough on its own. The 2 extra ingredients really helped!!! I especially like the NordicCherry results! Hopefully the price will stay down so I can afford them.

This has really helped me out with my pain after 11 hours of walking on concrete. I take it right after my shift ends, my body is not as sore more exhausted than anything. I will say this product definitely cleans you out. Stay by a toilet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also got the Daily Relief Muscle Soft Chews for my mother-in-law to help with muscle soreness after long days or light workouts. After taking one chew a day, she told me she's feeling less tension and recovering faster. The combination of tart cherry, magnesium, and bromelain really seems to help her body relax especially after being on her feet a lot. She loves that it's just one tasty, drug-free chew and not another pill to add to her routine.

Just going to say the biggest must know here, these chews are super hard and not easy to chew, unless you got the chompers of a bulldog, by Gad! I take magnesium for really bad thigh cramps (painful and super long running- not fun at all :/) Its important i can get my Mg in quickly and effectively. I was hoping these would be good like this, being they were spendy and in in being a quick ingest- but they also faltered on bringing the much needed Relief I was hoping ( more like begging when im in the episode! Geez they suck) I make sure to get the Mg Cylinate as it works best for muscle cramping, these chews say they contain both forms of Mg, but from the no relief I felt, if they do, must be quite a minute amount of Mg that does do the trick for muscle cramping. Ok, hope this helps! Save yourself from getting early dentures and maybe go for a capsule or liquid variety, I love sweet things like this, but this chokable chew more dangerous than fun, in my book at least! If you're hoping for any kind of relief for sore muscles, give up the dream because it isn't going to happen with this product. The price is fair for the amount that you receive in the bottle. It's an easy chew. Very sweet. A little tart. I do like the packaging a lot. If you have problems with your hands and fingers being numb , I have to say, it's very easy to open. I do know that the ingredients are supposed to be beneficial. But I'm saying Nope! No difference whatsoever. But boy! Did people go to town on this product with praise for it. I can only speak for myself, though. I just don't see any change. Not the slightest. Another one bites the dust.
