the flavor is great not as soft as expected. The effectiveness seems to be lacking I have been taking two to three just to seem relaxed enough to sleep.

This product didn't work for me. I had been taking this product for a couple of weeks with no success. It seems the longer I took this gummy the longer it took me to fall asleep. When I finely did fall asleep I would wake up around 2:00 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. I was getting 2, maybe 3, hours sleep per night. I had to switch back to Melatonin 10 mg pills. I get 4 hours with the pill compared to 2 hours with the gummies. Evidently it works for most people, but it didn't work for me. I really hoped it would work. I need more sleep than 2 or 4 hours per night. I didn't especially like the taste of the gummy. It was a little bitter for my taste.
