I've been using this product for years. at first it helped decrease my bloating and always helped my stomach feel better in general. my GI doctor warn me that long-term use would have side effects such as bloating. I recently realized that is true. I stopped about a month ago and bloat very little. I chose this variety of Peptiva because of my long-term insomnia. it definitely helps immensely. unfortunately, long-term use of valarian root also has side effects. other products I've used with valerian root have made me extremely dizzy after just a couple of days. peptiva's dose has not, but after years of use I found out that it both prevents me from sleeping and makes me sleep up to 14 hours at a time so I'm no longer using it. it. I gave it four stars because it did improve my life for a long time. Best of luck

Capsule broke when I was popping it out of the pack leaving most of the contents in the pill pocket. I swallowed the other half (just the outer capsule) before I even realized that the capsule had broken open. I am hoping that the remaining capsules aren't brittle and that they don't break too.

I like the product, but when my usual bottle of 21 did not arrived as is was supposed to and I couldn't order online because “out of stock” for days. So I ordered this version for a lot more money. I want the original and will get from Amazon if Walmart not available.

Buyer beware! Check your box. I've received 3 boxes with the expiration date scratched off the original packaging and a sticker covering it. The damage to the box is visible. Dishonest and fraudulent. Otherwise this is a great product! Just don't buy it from Walmart.

Peptiva seems to have started "changing" the EXP dates and clipping the foil packet to remove the actual EXP date.
