i like these gummies better than any tablets. recommended by my Dr to help me rest better. so far they work for me. i take 2 about an hour before bed time.

Helps me sleep when needed.
My doctor recommended melatonin when I need help sleeping. This product works well. Melatonin is natural and much safer than sleeping pills.

Not gummies, pebbles! Ugh!!
New formula stinks. They're no longer gummies, they're pebbles. The first time I tried to bite into one, I thought I might break a tooth. Also, there is no flavor - which I should have expected with pebbles. And 30 fewer in a bottle.
