I could not believe it. it worked. I finally slept a total of 6hours without waking up every 2 hours. AWSOME!!!!!!!!!

overall I'm very pleased, I struggle with severe insomnia to the point where I'm prescribed Seraquil for sleep and thought it gives sedation there's often times my mind still won't rest and I've tried numerous other OTC regimens including diphenhydramine, melatonin etc didn't help but this does help some doesn't work miracles but it certainly helps when others have failed.

These help me sleep all night. I don't wake up, unless I have to go to the bathroom. This seems to keep me from having nightmares too. I would definitely recommend this supplement.
