So far so good. I take it along with spring valley's Lutein/Zeaxanthin. I'm doing it because I heard it can increase reaction time in the brain and, because I use the screen a lot. Just a little improvement but, nothing too significant. Just make sure you're getting your vitamin A from foods so it can work properly. The softgels are tiny.

I think it's a little early I haven't even finished the first bottled yet. So I can't tell right now if it's going to increase my lifespan that much. Ask me again in about 20 years I'm only 82 now but if I answer you you'll have a good idea. If I don't answer that is your answer.
