No bad after taste. Smells like a slight hint of vanilla. Easy to swallow. I have more energy on the days that I remember to take it.

I work a job that doesn't give the most nutritionally dense food. You can get so I got myself some vitamins. Excitingly gets them and then I open up the container BAM! An overwhelming smell comes out of the bottle It smells vile and it makes my stomach turn.I can feel myself on the edge of vomiting.But I hold it in and take one out and I swallow it and it works! This smell... Smells like mucus but in actuality I think it's the calcium

The smell of these vitamins is off-putting, and the size is quite large, so I need to cut in twos. I am looking for something different. If I don't find another brand, then I will order these again.

So I typically have no issue with pills, even large ones. I take pills all the time. The "pill size" graphic on the back of the box is a joke. The pill is tablet-shaped but has corners, and is very large/thick. It's not smooth all the way around. Mentally I just can't do it. It's one of the biggest vitamin pills I've ever seen. I would gladly take "two per day" just for a smaller tablet. Other than that, the nutrient profile looks good and they even add a light "mint vanilla" flavor to the tablet so it doesnt taste bad. But if you take too long trying to swallow it, the coating comes off and the rough pill is underneath and even more impossible to swallow.

Nope. Nope. Nope. These are way to big. On the hunt for something smaller but I can't tell what to try. Gave these a shot. Well actually I didn't even try one these are so huge I just looked at them and said nope! Please let there be something smaller... I don't want gummies. Sigh, next!
