One of my favorite brands of ashwaganda. I use it everyday religiously, every month I buy a bottle of this and amazing ashwaganda. Truly makes a huge difference in my life; I feel like my hormones are more in check, my libido is back, my energy levels are better, I'm feeling less depressed and sluggish. Absolutely recommend this to women in their 30's who are feeling like sh8t!

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and waited before I left a review. So far, I do notice a bit more energy and mood improvement with this. I work, have kids and have gone back to school so my schedule is insane right now and the Zhou Nutrition Ashwagandha Supplement have been perfect for me right now. I received a free product from PinchMe and was glad I got a chance to try it. I would probably not have purchased it or known about it otherwise.
Excellent product for combatting stress, though it was a bit tricky to figure out when to take it as I exercise frequently (weights/cardio). It became easier to take after working out only because I felt like it would interfere with how 'hyped' I was for my workout. that's just me!
Zhou Nutrition Ashwagandha was given to me by Pinch ME in exchange for an honest review. This supplement worked wonders for me. I have been using it for about a week now. I constantly struggle with anxiety and stress. This has helped put me more at ease. If anyone is looking for help with everyday stresses in life, try this product! You won't be disappointed!
I recieved this as a FREE product. I enjoyed using this somewhat. I will say I did feel I was a bit more focused/had more energy when taking this. However when I took this, that feeling didn't last very long. I was expecting it to be at least maybe 3 hours but honestly it only felt like 1. If you are looking for short term focus or energy boost this would be great.
I received this as a free sample from Pinch Me. Taste is ok, I chew a lot of sugar free gum so everything pretty much tastes like spearmint anyways. I have just started taking a new anxiety medication from my doctor so I'm not sure if it's that de-stressing me or this. But if you're looking to de-stress, might as well give this a try!
I received this free sample of Ashwagandha max-strength to help ease some of my stress and anxiety on a daily basis. So far, I have or *think I have experienced an overall even tone to my mood. I haven't really noticed a significant change, however, there have been no adverse side effects. I will continue to use the 30 day supply to see if I will see an improvement in my overall mood to re-purchase
I received a free sample of ASHWAGANDHA 60ct Natural Blend for Stress and Anxiety Relief by Zhou Nutrition. I have to say the first few days it didn't work. It took at least a week for the full results. After the first initial week the product was great for another week. Then nothing. If you have LOW stress/anxiety then I recommend this product.
