Wonderful alternative! I don't eat fish so these gummies are a great way for me to get my omegas in. I was worried about the taste but since they are not animal based there is just a slight hint of the fishy flavor but it is masked very well with the pleasant citrus of the gummies.

These are amazing. Not only do they taste yummy, but they honestly give you more energy. I definitely feel the difference in my body when I take these. im actually not as hungry, and I definitely have more energy and am more alert. I work nights, so im always tired. These vitamins help with that,too

I havent had long to take this yet since it took a week to get it, but so far i have taken one a day for the last 2 days and i have noticed that i am coughing. Which is what its supposed to do to cleanse the lungs to provide more oxygen. They are gummies and we all know that they are chewy but they are tasty. I would recommend this if you are not allergic. Be cautious of allergies and read your labels. I cannot provide a photo but you will know it when you see it. It also has DHA in it which is a good fatty acid we all need. I hope this helps.

Still has a very fishy taste but at least you don't have to swallow it.
