I feel like I have less stomach issues when I'm taking this particular probiotics from Mary Ruth's.

I have a super sensitive stomach and this particular probiotic blend helped my regularity and never gave me pain. Would suggest to anyone with IBS or other issues. Worth the price!

I am using this product to get my intestinal system back into balance and could definitely lose a little weight. Immediately noticed a difference in my regularity. It contains Morosil (clinical trials show it can have a synergistic affect on body fat), Green tea and Garcinia cambogia (some say it blocks fat intake and suppresses appetite but can affect you if you are bipolar, so do your research). One tip: you may want to take them early in the day. I forgot to take my supplements yesterday morning and ended up taking them late in the afternoon and included one of these. After an hour or so, I experienced a noticeable energy surge, jumped in my car and did some grocery shopping, then some housework and it aided in keeping me up (that and the neighborhood car alarms) until about 2:30am. Let's just say that isn't a typical Tuesday night. It was a good test, though, of how my system reacts to the product. To me, this would be a great supplement to take on a Saturday morning before a massive deep clean, the morning of a 6am flight or if I am going for a hike. Time will tell if it helps me lose a couple of pounds.
