This product is wonderful. The only thing you need to know is try it first during the day when you have nothing to do so you can find out does this give you energy or does this put you to sleep because it can do either or I tried it out in the evening before bed and I was all pumped up full of energyif you want a good night sleep you want to use magnesium glycinate. This is magnesium citrate overall it is a good healthy product though.

Better sleep with this at the end of my pregnancy. also helps my 4 year old slow down enough to fall asleep at night. Really wish it was a little cheaper.

I'm going to give this 5 stars, because it absolutely works. I can tell a major difference in my energy level through the day, and my body absorbs this better than the 5-10 vitamins I would attempt to take in a morning. However, having said that, I'm a huge texture person. I was expecting something like the consistency of water, juice, etc. This is pretty thick, almost the consistency of syrup. So for me, I gagged when I first took it. I learned to mix it with juice to liquify it more and I take it a lot easier lol. It works, and the flavor isn't bad, just tastes like liquid vitamins. Just be prepared for the texture!

great for sleeping

This stuff is amazing. My 3yr old wakes up 3-4 times a night since he was born. I've been giving him this for a week now and he's down to waking up only once a night.

This taken an hour before going to bed will help relax, calm and easily drift off to sleep. Pleasant tasting and organic, I went from trouble getting to sleep to some nice zzz's

I purchased to help my son sleep better but he did not like the taste and it seemed to have the opposite effect. I tried it and it is a little tangy/tart. Also the dosage amount is a lot for a kid to take daily.

I've ordered this item before from other sellers, I'm eating this so poor because item was expired when I received it by over a month
