I took the supplement as directed and I did feel a difference using this product. Within the first 2 weeks I felt some energy I hadn't had in awhile. My mind was clearer I didn't tire as easily. I felt like I regained some stamina. Sadly it didn't last for me. I thought it was going to work a little better and for a longer period. I have not finished the complete bottle as I'm trying to hang with it to be able to tell if this is it or if the longer you take it the better the results are.
