Prior to taking these i was using Mega Men from GNC which i loved. X180 Alpha gave me a noticeable boost over the Mega Men i was used to taking. The only con really was the yeast smell/taste but other than that it worth every penny. I would def recommend this to friends and family who work out regardless how heavy into fitness you are. I have seen an increase in the intensity of my workouts without the shaky side effects. Just a solid smooth boost and stopped taking my pre-workout supplement. I like this product, even though I have not gotten the full potential of it. Sexually, the product has improved me slightly. I figured I may have to take it for a while to get the full impact. I do feel better while lifting weights. I use to get tire quickly, but since taking this product, I lift weights for longer periods. I do love the package, the color & design is eye catching

I took the supplement as directed and I did feel a difference using this product. Within the first 2 weeks I felt some energy I hadn't had in awhile. My mind was clearer I didn't tire as easily. I felt like I regained some stamina. Sadly it didn't last for me. I thought it was going to work a little better and for a longer period. I have not finished the complete bottle as I'm trying to hang with it to be able to tell if this is it or if the longer you take it the better the results are. If I get the feeling back of when I first started I will certainly keep taking these supplements.
