Been taking this vitamin daily (2 month supply) and so far so good. Seems to offer a lot of vitamins essential for the body and also to aid deficiencies in the skin and hair for a women of age 40. Hopeful to see good benefits long term.

Vitamin has very good comprehensive formula, but I dont notice any extra positive benefit for woman before menopause (still pain in breast, hot flashes at night)

the taste and odor is too strong, ibdont think their this multivitamin quality and ingredient is good, i got some allergies after sometimes, so discard afterwards.
