I enjoy the product. I could tell a difference within a few days of using it. My nails became harder, my skin became softer. The only issue I had was with the dosage. The product is an excellent product, I just need a lower dose. The 25 mg was too high for me. I had excessive amounts of energy. I now take a 10 mg.

This product really does what it says. Noticeable mood and energy improvement. Very easy to swallow but the smell for me is a little bit on the off side. I would recommend but BE CAREFUL with interactions with other over the counter/prescribed drug as the label says.
