Ladies!!! Get some.
Love this form of magnesium! It was recommended to me for hot flashes, I'm in perimenopause and I get mini hot flashes. I swear this started helping within the first few days of taking it! So grateful!

Best Price, but be Cautious
Best Price for this high quality Chelated Magnesium. L-Threonate allows the Magnesium to make it to the brain, but will also allow other metals, so be sure to take on an empty stomach or at least with very pure foods.
