As it turns out the item is exactly as ordered but I really need more Ram. The motherboard only will support 16G Ram. Is it possible to swap or purchase a motherboard that will fit into this PC that will support 32 or 64 G Ram? Otherwise the item is great.

It did not come with a GPU cable if I buy one, but over all its a good pc

arrived with one of the fans falling off.half of the rgb plugged in and now is stuck at the mfg logo screen and won't boot into windows.ontop of all that this piece of crap came with no manufacture book. there is no way to access bios or get past mfg screen if a problem happens.what a joke of a computer.

There was no packing protection, a component is bent, there was no accessories bag, a piece of paper said plug HDMI to GPU, but this needs a DVI or DP adapter, thats not stated anywhere. Not Happy at all.

The PC only worked for a few weeks and then it broke. I would not recommend this to no one and it's hard to get in contact with the seller.

ok I received the pc the led fans doesn't come on for some reason the one fan does not work u can barley run games

Do not recommend. Wouldn't even turn on. Sent back next day Don't do it!
