I was skeptical as it was a Xmas gift for my son I wasn't sure if it would be delivered before Xmas. Also package arrived open from the bottom and FedEx driver seemed to have thrown it when she delivered, I was nervous to see if it was damaged but it wasn't. Overall my son was pleased with it and happy it arrived on Xmas eve.

a little annoyed but it's nice.
I didn't give 5 stars due to I lost a screw and my screen driver in the hole in the back panel. it's very nice. good quality. just be careful screwing in the stand.

It is almost perfect budget monitor, but HDR is poorly displayed and makes the colors faded. Standard dynamic range (SDR) is the proper setting despite default being high dynamic range.

It's a really good monitor. Honestly haven't had any issues with at all. My only problem is the power save feature that can't be turned off but it's not that big of a deal

Handling and Shipping
Im not sure if this is the way the seller packed the monitor no tape handling and the packaging was not protected at all.

Beware if trying to mount it!
Decent monitor for the price. It's VESA 75x75, but almost all VESA mounts are dual 75/100, and the 100 is too large to fit in the recessed round back. Very poor design. They could have at least provided an adapter to be able to mount it.

Don't waste your time
ordered this monitor 2x! first time, screen was cracked, second time, same issue. gave up and ordered a different brand. emailed the company with no response. horrible customer service and quality.

Disappointed
i have not had much of a problem with deliveries from Walmart. When delivered by FedEx, there tend to be issues. This was to be left at the front door but was left on a picnic table in the front yard. They have no regard for their deliveries. If I order online and see FedEx, I will most likely look elsewhere for item.

Terrible quality.
On the third day using it it swooped flashing horizontal lines across the bottom 2/3 of the monitor, a green dot in the middle and a vertical line on the left side. Very frustrating. Need to return.
