I purchased these headphones as a Christmas gift for my son. I have purchased so many of the turtle beach headphones styles even the $140 wireless ones prior for my oldest son and I've always had to replace them once a year due to electrical issues or they would FALL APART. At first I was hesitant to purchase since I had never heard of the brand name and because they were under $50 but I decided to try them for 8yr old. When I say I was very pleased with my purchase that's what I mean. These headphones are so loud ..The loudest headphones I've ever used or purchased. I can hear every word clearly from the background while my son has them on his ear. We charge them at night and they stay charged all day. I even tried not charging them for a couple days and still using them day after day and they never went dead.. Theses headphones are pretty cool because I can use them on my PS5, Xbox1, computer, and my IPHONE THANKS TO THE BLUETOOTH which I have tested out myself. I am not a robot so this is definitely a real review from a actual buyer. I would definitely purchase these headphones again and you can also purchase the two year insurance for less than $10 if you feel unsure like me when I first purchased them but I don't think I will need to use the insurance but just think even if I do .. I still get more for my money because then I will receive a new pair which keeps me from having to purchase another pair yearly like what I was doing with my oldest son and his turtle beaches. I hope this message was helpful for you guys. 😊 By the way the headphones look just like the photos online , they a scratch proof as we have dropped them several times and they still look new. The adjustable part on the headband is also very sturdy and the headphones plus the microphone light up and change to various colors while they are on and light up red when they are charging. The headphones also alert you when they are on and when you turn them off . Also very easy to connect to your devices and static free even with low charge. You gotta try these..

well i love the changing colors on the side and when they are connected the red light on the mic stops blinking but on console it continues to blink so i have no clue but when u connect the Bluetooth drive to the console it mutes the sound on your tv and your console so me personally not for console maybe phone usage overall amazing headset

Nice product excellent service very fast

After purchasing 2 other headphones from Amazon and having to return them for non-performance (no one could understand me when I placed a call or received one). I will not be returning these! The sound is great! People can hear and understand me on the phone! I wear glasses and these do not hurt my ears! This headset fits like a nicely worn baseball cap! I would buy this again. Thank you for selling something that actually works!

Got them delivered today, sounds really good and looks super cool. Unfortunately my came with the cushion ripped, hopefully it doesn't get worse

Fits great, I forget they're on. Only problem I have is that the Bluetooth doesn't work while it's charging. You have to plug in the AUX to use them while charging, which is annoying.

control buttons can be confusing. I had no intentions of replacing my son's Bluetooth headset right away, my intention was to only replace his his gaming headset that he uses for recording on his YouTube channel so I was extremely impressed when I found out I was able to do both with this product for the price. He wants people to know that if you have sensitive hearing like his, be careful because they are extremely loud at first and volume control works best if you use your device instead of the headset controls. Anyways, I was able to save a lot of money buying 1 headset to replace 2

Not bad for the price you're getting, but IMO they sound a bit airy (if clarity is what you're looking for) when I used them for gaming on ps5. Also not sure if there is a toggle mute button so your mic is live as long as it's on and picks up all sound esp when using the side buttons.

Would not connect to my PS4 and lots of static. I tried to return to the local Walmart and they said I had to return online I paid to much money for something worthless instead of them on my head they sit on the back of my couch
