Great project with only Walmart supplies
I love this Fragment Effects because it is one of the few crafts you can get at Walmart. I used the Pattern Pack to do my projects. The only hard part of the project is the back side of the glass chips are black so you have to carefully go through the chips. This frame is inexpensive and you can color it with paint or leave bare. The pattern pack is essential to go with the frame but it is inexpensive. So in sum you need the frame, glass chips, sealer and pattern pack. Paint is optional.

An arts and crafts frame
This is a little arts and crafts frame. There is a little piece of plexiglass on the front, and there is nothing on the back to hold your picture in so I used tape. There is a little jute rope of you wanted to hang this. It's “fine,” but I thought I was getting an actual picture frame.

Fragile breaks easily
Ordered several of these, the wall hanger hardware rips off super easy and the frame are very fragile, they break and chip easily

roughly framed piece of plastic
There is no way to secure photo art to the frame since there is no back. 2nd grader would nmake higher quality work
