Best premium oil filter out there for the price
The FRAM Ultra is the best bang for your buck for a premium oil filter. I've used them habitually for years without issue. That being said, I'm not running extended oil change intervals and usually change at 8-10k with full synthetic. Although not applicable to this specific filter, its too bad FRAM got rid of the wire backing on the Ultras.

Durable
It fits my 2013 Lexus IS250 AWD. It's the longer one BTW in compare to 9972. I have been using this type of filters for many years. No nothing goes wrong with my engine
