Fram Ultra Synthetic Oil Filter, XG12782, 20K mile Filter for Hyundai and Kia Vehicles

The item is so good, and I bought it from Walmart several times. But this time I bought 4 items, and only 3 were delivered. I checked the status, and it said all 4 were delivered. Then I contacted the agent, and they told me they would cancel one order. I hope they can be more meticulous.

Perfect fit for my Kia Sorrento Plug in Hybrid. I have used and trusted Fram Oil Filters for many years. The Ultra Synthetic is also a premium for use with synthetic oil which I use exclusively. It also comes with the required O ring and a drain plug crush washer. Also the best price available for recommended.

I love the warranty of the product. Car Mfgs are making these filters more difficult than they have to be (this one has a drip plug) before you remove from vehicle. My question why buy a 3-5K mile filter for a new vehicle when you can get a 20K mile with 20K mile oil and change only three times.

I have not used this item yet so I really don't know how it is. I did examine the item and verified that it had contained all the required parts and appears to be as good or better than the KIA OEM part. Realizing that it is just an oil filter an no one really knows how good any oil filter is, unless they do an oil analysis, which cost money, and no one normally does this. I am not a fan of Fram but I expect it will work fine for my purposes. I bought it at walmart because it was more convenient and cost a few dollars less than OEM part from KIA dealer.

these remind me of the old oil filters from the 60s. you have to remove the filter housing from the car and remove and replace the filter inside the housing.

Very good filter. Matches the old one well. I like that it's white because you will be able to see metal particulates better when I do the next change.

Did an oil change after using this filter for 6k miles and oil still looks pretty good. It will stay on for 1 or 2 more oil changes. A little skeptical, but if it lasts 20k miles, it will save the hassle of filter charge for a few oil changes.

Works for a 1.6l 2022 Hyundai Kona. Fits the cartridge well and works great

the original has a lock ring around the entire bottom of filter this one only has 1 little spot making it very difficult to install. it did fit though and seems well enough made.
