Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic 0W-20 Motor Oil, 5 Quart

I have been using Penzoil for decades and have never had any issues. I use it in all our vehicles. I always buy the 5 qts jug as it's so much more cost effective than the one qt container. This means that I have to buy multiple 5 qt jugs with some of my vehicles, my truck takes 8 qts. This works out as I can use remaing amount for my other vehicles. I buy the viscosity recommend by the manufacturer and change at recommend interval which at most times is yearly since I am typically not a high milage driver.

I probably won't buy it from Walmart anymore. Bottles were leaking significantly because some bright spark laid the oil jugs on their side and then stacked multiple bins containing other orders on top of them. this has happened twice, at two different stores.

I have 2 vehicles (Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep Wagoneer)that require 0W-20 and have been using the pennzoil oil for the last 3 oil changes for each vehicle. Seems to do the trick. I will say that I change at 5000 miles and the oil is a tad on the dirty side when I drain it. Maybe the oil is cleaning up left over engine gunk from previous owner or possibly something else. I'm watching for it. So I am considering shortening the changes to around 3000 miles to ensure good performance and lubrication at all times. Good value when purchased on Walmart.com website and pick up at my store.

This transaction went smoothly … I next purchased 3 oil filters and only 2 were the correct ones and the 3 was not. They had no system in place to refund my money without going into the store. My whole purpose was for curb side pickup NOT to go into the store

The container had a small hole in it , and oil leaked on the porch.

I just received my car oil order, and unfortunately, it arrived already opened and leaking all over the packaging and my floor. The container wasn't sealed properly, and now I have an oily mess that's hard to clean. This was really disappointing and inconvenient — I expected the item to be safely sealed. I'd like to request a replacement bottle since the current one is not enough for one car oil change , and I also ask for a cleaning product or reimbursement to help clean up the oil spill on my floor. Please address this as soon as possible — I can provide more photos of the damage if needed. Thank you for your help resolving this quickly

oil was leaking! i opened up the bag and got oil all over my pants. i had to throw the oil away and my pants are ruined

You could have delivered the oil in a way that it would not have spilled all over!

the guy who gave me this is illiterate i guess, i ordered 2 engine oil of 0-20w this guy gave me 1 oil of 0w-20w and another 5w-20w, if i have that much time to check i have visit myself to walmart to search and pick up, many bad things are coming to my mouth when i came home and find out this...your small mistake made my whole day bad
