Franklin Barbecue Vinegar BBQ Sauce, 18 OZ

It was very very spicy. I was expecting a sauce with more of a tang from the vinegars in the ingredients . I added steak sauce, white vinegar and more worshester sauce to tame the heat. Would recommend to anyone who prefers heat in their bbq sauce.

If you love eastern style vinegar based BBQ, then this sauce is for you! I have tried several other brand names and none come close to this one . Don't do a lot of smoking nowadays, this works great with a Boston butt in the crockpot 😀

It's a good vinegar based sauce. I ate ribs that had a sweeter sauce on them and dipped it into this Vinegar sauce and it was delicious and the tastes mixed well. This sauce is runny and not thick but is very flavorful. Definitely not sweet, which I don't really like too much in my BBQ sauces.

WE PREFER THE VINAGAR BBQ SAUCE OVER SWEET.

As someone who usually makes their own sauce, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this 18 oz bottle. It captures that classic Carolina-style vinegar tang without tasting overly processed. My only critique is the heat level; it's definitely on the milder side. I ended up doctoring it with some extra spices to get it to the level I prefer, but for a standard store-bought sauce, it's one of the better ones out there.

I used that sauce over lil smokies and it was so good. Will use sauce for other meats

If you like a vinegar based bbq sauce this as good as it gets. It is not too sweet or tangy just a nice combination. Like most things today it seems a little pricey but to me it is well worth it and not out of line with any good bbq sauce.

I remember a vinegar-based rib sauce at a barbecue restaurant from years ago; but this Franklin sauce just isn't as good

it's a solid 3 for me. it's not a bad sauce just not quite what I was hoping for. a couple of flavors didn't mix well for my taste, not sure exactly what they are. again, it's worth a try just not what I want. all down to personal taste.
