They can actually be bleached in hot water - but then they have to be reshaped by hand so that the two layers match-up. If they're messy, you really want to bleach so I tried it and have been satisfied. They don't tear when pulling beneath a person who can't roll over much while the disposable ones do tear sometimes.

Have a 14 year old Yorkie and having problems with his peeing off the puppy pads and the pee getting on my floors. I put the waterproof pads under his changeable puppy pads and now when the pee goes off the edge it soaks into the waterproof pad and I can just swap out the pad and put another down. Working great. This works because it has the fabric on top and bottom and the waterproof liner between.

I searched long and hard for an item like this at a reasonable price and kept my fingers crossed that it would be what I was searching for. I was delighted to find out that it was exactly what I hoped it would be. We called them "rubber sheets" when my kids were babies and I purchased and used them again many years later for grandchildren. I wanted these to protect my sheets from husband's bad habits of eating and smoking in bed, I'm ashamed to say. When I stared my search I could not believe the outrageous prices. I had almost given up when I saw these, and decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did.I only wish they came in "bib" form! They are even larger than many of the expensive ones. I highly recommend them to protect sheets from anything.

This pad was perfect for my Father, full length pad makes it easier to bath him and it is also washable,, great product for the money.. walmart.com always comes thru for it all.

Got this for my granddaughter who has bedding accidents every once in awhile. She says it is working out well but she did complain it had a smell--I am sure the smell will fade over time and washings.

I ordered these bed pads because I have a senior cat who sometimes can't make it to the litter box in time. She loves laying on my bed and the two pads this size cover the top of the bed very well and are easy to wash. I am pleased with my purchase.

I've been buying bed underpads for about 11 years, since suffering a lower spine injury rendering me incontinent. Every time I find an underpad I like, they discontinue it. So when I found this one I immediately ordered 10, and now another 10. These underpads are large enough that I can roll from side-to-side with confidence that I will not roll off. They keep my sheets and bed clean and dry. I only change it when it's wet or every couple days, whichever occurs first. They are soft enough to sleep on directly. They wash beautifully. I wash 3 at a time in an apartment-sized washer. They pill and start to feel a little rough after 5-10 washings, but they're good long after that. A little roughness doesn't bother me as long as there are no holes. Overall, an awesome deal!

Very pleased so far. I have not had them long enough to really say anything about longevity but from the reviews I believe they will fair well when washed and dried properly. I have two incontinent dogs, one senior one geriatric who have occasional accidents. I use these in the car and truck as well as in my home where dogs have beds and flop areas under there blankets. I have used all the special dog products but they cost three times as much if not more in some cases so I wanted to give these a try. The four stars is just because I have not personally had them long.

I did not like the water proof underpad bed protector it's very thin and did not observe but about 20% of water matress was very wet not good quality I was expected it to be thicker the length was what I wanted I now fold it in half and use it in the walker chair
