These are so much better than several of the name brand I was buying. I have stage 3 kidney disease and nerve damage to my lower back. I can’t tell when I need to empty my bladder until it’s too late. I have to drink a lot of water so I don’t get dehydrated as then I go to stage 4. There is an expensive brand I was wearing but could no longer afford so I cut back on my water and became dehydrated. I love these underwear. I drink a lot now and they have excellent absorbency, great reliability but without the bulkiness! They fit nicely. No odor and they never leak!!

I love this product! The disposable underwear are much softer and more comfortable than some of the store brand ones I’ve tried. The fit was comparable to other brands', though I feel like they're slightly larger, which definitely accommodates those with belly aprons or more ample backsides :D Also, these were cheaper than others I’ve bought recently. The only downside is that I personally had a couple absorbency issues with higher volume of liquids, and it isn't as immediately absorbent as I would like, but are still fantastic for the price. I will definitely be ordering again.

When some emergency surgeries left me with unpredictable diarrhea, I found myself needing disposable underwear. I started with the only brand that I'd heard of - Depends. However, I could not find a size that actually fit comfortably. In particular, all if the sizes seemed to ride up in the back. Not comfortable! Frankly, I next tried Assure because it was much less expensive and I figured that if I was going to be uncomfortable at least I wouldn't be broke as well. However, I was pleasantly surprised! First, the size accurately reflected my pant size, so I got the right size on the first try. The underwear is soft and fits well - no riding up! There is extra bulk in the crotch area, but since that's between your legs it's largely invisible. It effectively neutralizes odor and absorbs wonderfully. I've never had a leak, even when I was asleep and lying down. I don't have urinary problems, so I cannot say how well it works absorbing urine, but if it can handle watery diarrhea I imagine that it can handle sone pee. If you have a need for disposable underwear that fits like "regular" underwear, doesn't look or feel bulky under clothes, absorbs well, neutralizes odor, and generally lets you live a normal life, then this is an effective, and economical, choice.

Always buy these, love the price. Good fit. I’m 205lbs and wear large. Doesn’t fall apart fast like other pull up brands. Have used this brand for years. Never have leaks. It can hold alot of liquid. Offers good coverage, never have to worry about embarrassing myself in public during accidents

I like the depend silhouette for my mom. They are very helpful. They're less bulky than the regular adult diapers and looks better under her clothes when we're going to town. —- for night wear and around the house we use the Assurance brand adult diapers as they are a bit less expensive but work just as well as other brands.

It would be better if they were in bigger packages instead of the 16 in a pack, something like 45-50 in a pack of the over nights for women it hard for us seniors with that social security checks only coming once a month and you have food and bills to pay… please please make the packages bigger thank you so very much

I am more than impressed by this product. I have greater confidence while wearing this product. They are comfortable and do not leak. They are absorbant enough to wear at night. They look good under your clothes. And, the price is great. They cost less than most brands. I would rank these along with the more expensive brands for a better price.

My 88 years old mother have tried some other products but this assurance adult diaper fits her so well that she said to me, finally I got to buy her the best . She even said never to buy any other product than this. I answered, I assure you mom that I will only order assurance diaper.

I get the large because that is what should fit perfectly but it doesn't cover the sides of my hips. Fits good in the waste and front. The size chart is supposed to fit pant size 16-22. I wear an 18 and they barely fit. A person wearing a 22 pant couldn't begin to wear them..My opinion only!

these are a great value for the price. however the absorbancy is not so good and i have to wear with a liner pad to avoid a leak. i think for the price, which is still cheaper than other brands, they couöd make them thicker. i will comtinue to buy them though because i do like the fit and they are soft on my skin and breathable. i just dont understand why the price has gone up so much. corporate greed maybe because there is no reason for the price to have gone up such a significant amount in such a short period of time.
