I recently started using Walmart's grocery delivery service and, while I was a little skeptical at first, it's been great so far! It saves me time and money when I don't want to go out shopping. 🛒💰 %23Walmart %23Groceries %23Delivery %23Convenience %23Savings
The only reason I gave you a score of 4 is because if I have to place an order for delivery, I really don't know what I would get...but when I go to the store, it is different because I am selecting what I like. I always want green plantains, but so many times, I get ripe plantains. When I get green plantains, it is like a celebration!! 🍾 I wish I could put a note to specific: "only green plantains, please," but I have to say that I'm happy with Walmart and everything.
When I put in my order for delivery I didn’t except the person shopping to grab a fully ripe plantain. I ordered them with the intention of frying them. I have this issue with a few of the vegetables I purchase like when I buy avocados I except them to be ripe enough to be able to cut them and eat them but they are always hard as a rock. If there were a way to add instructions for the person shopping for pick up and delivery that would be great.
Overpriced and whoever is selecting my produce, does not know how to select bananas in this case they’re called plantains and you have to select them when they’re green so it gives more time to ripen and use different cultures, different ethnicity and different ways of doing things but when picking this food, it needs to be picked when it’s mostly green and for some reason, they give it to me when it’s yellow
Walmart needs to improve their quality control when it comes to online orders. Every time I place an order, the person picking the items seems to select the rotten or expired ones. I've never spoken up, but it's disappointing when I'm missing items from my order, only to find them readily available in the store. This has happened multiple times, and it's not just limited to plantains.
I was given regular yellow banana instead of plantains but charged for plantain price. Please educate your employees on the difference between plantain and banana or simply check the UPC code. This online grocery sometimes really gets on my nerves. It's like I always pray to get the order right so that I don't have to deal with bot customers service
Eat bananas were mixed. Only two of the bananas were good like the picture. I was going to try to save two others as in the picture but they were black inside. The other two were thrown away. Sorry I didn’t get their picture. You decide I paid this money for only two good bananas for a shame. Thank you.
To Walmart: The plantains I received were almost rotten. I don't think I can still eat them. This always happens whenever I buy fruits, vegetables, and produce. The items are either spoiled or almost rotten. Walmart, please address this complaint and improve your service; otherwise, I need to change stores and buy groceries from another sources.
I don't understand why they sent the wrong product. There is a possibility Walmart adds options if we want the yellow plantains vs green plantain? I don't know if the person who is in charge of the website understand the difference? I pick green one and always received yellow one.
What is on the picture is a Green plantain which is what I want. The past 3x I ordered I get the ripe plantains which I don't like and I end up throwing them out. Maybe set up two different sections one for the green and one for the ripe? it might help the shoppers when picking them.
