The actual product is OK. Not great... but ok. Seems to work on most everyday grease/grime but not as well as I anticipated. The thing I like most is that it does not have a strong cleaning fume/odor. A bad part of it is that when it was delivered, it was in a plastic bag and leaking all over. There was a puddle of the product underneath it when I picked it up from the sidewalk in front of my door. Thought I would have to clean the entire area around where the product had saturated. But did not have to, so apparently, leaving the concentrated product on cement didn't affect any existing dirt/stains on sidewalk. Was a relief, but does not say much for the product's effectiveness
