I have used this on my child since they were an infant. It really helps them with winding down and I see how effective it is right before bed time. I don't use it every day. I only use it on the days that I see he is very fussy or if we had a hard day emotionally. Really does help and the scent is mild and calming. It also lasts a good while given the fact we don't use it daily.

Natural Oil for humidifier
I wanted something natural I could put in my humidifier due to my little one being stuffy. This definitely helped her sleep better and cleared her up a bit.

Another mom MUST have!
What a wonderful addition to the bedtime routine!The smell isn't overpowering. Perfect for my baby and toddlers bath, diffuser or a bath for mama. Haven't experienced headaches like I normally do, so that's a plus!
