Great for surgical aftercare!
I got this for myself after a laparoscopic hysterectomy. I am a big girl but have lost 200lbs, so my belly hangs and pulls on my incisions. This says it goes to 44 inches. I am 53 inches around my waist by the incisions. It fits well with extra room because the strap is stretchy! Give it a shot!

It was a life saver. Being in a military family, we had to pack for a move that was unfortunately 11 days after giving birth by C-section. It was a move we knew about, but the little odds and ends required a lot more packing than expected. After my C-section, this stomach support and the way it seemed to hold me, and also seemed to help lower the pain. I know because without it while I moved around I felt like I needed to hold my belly. The belt made moving around and the small amount of bending ( the several times my husband/mom didn't see me doing it) so much more bearable. Only when I did bend, it would sort of roll-up in the back. Which I know most normal women after giving birth wouldn't be bending and moving around as much, so it wasn't made for all the movement I gave it. Besides that I was 100% satisfied with this belly belt. Thank you.

Must have for post C-section!!!
This product is amazing. I'm rather petite so hospital binders don't wrap around me tight enough, but this product does! The pouches for hot or cold are amazing for the cramps and aches after birth and surgery. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that is having a C-section.

Overall the belly band relieved discomfort but for a short period of time. Item is a little bulky too.

not tight enough. the ones they give you at the hospital are the best, ask for another one before you are discharged but make sure you receive the correct size...
