Consistency of product is not that great. Mine formed into little balls I'm assuming oils cooled down so then no product come out because opening gets clogged.

I wanted to love this product! I was trying to use it for perineal massage but after trying 2 bottles, the product would dry up within a few days of opening and nothing could help me squeeze it out! Disappointing

I cannot use it, including the replacement. After using 1x, the product clogs the squeeze opening and prevents it from using.

3 orders, all 3 expired lots so have not been able to use the product unfortunately

Balm was so chunky it would not come out the tube. Cut the tube open to see what the problem was and it was all chunky in globs.

Item looks used and open

The cream was impossible to get out of the tube. I was told by customer service it can get like that in colder environments but I have it at room temperature and it doesnt seem like a product for moisturizing should be this impossible to use. Would not recommend.

I love all Frida products and their amazing service. However, the packaging is a miss. I ordered one bottle and could not get any out. It was quickly replaced but the second bottle was no better. I had to cut both packages to get any of the balm out. I loved the formulation but the squeeze tube just doesn't work.
