The product is great. Customer help was very helpful as well (they don't authorize returns). Walmart online is the reason this is a 1 star. I ordered 6 of these and paid for 6 of these. Walmart only delivered 5 of them because that is all they had. And then they refused to refund me the missing item. They told me to talk to me bank to dispute it. Horrible handling of incomplete orders and the basic fact that walmart.com says it has more of an item than it really has. Don't trust walmart.com to accuratelt list items available or refund you if you don't get all of your paid items. Shop elsewhere online.
I love love love this little thing. My nails have always been soft and this thing is perfect for me. I can't live without it. It will last for years if you don't lose it. It's durable like a ceramic glass sort of thing. I keep one in my purse, my car, and bedside table. It's small and the curve is just genius. The grit is perfect. It really helps the sensory issue I have when my nails get snaggy spots.
This has been a lifesaver! First-time mom, and I couldn't believe how fast my son's nails grow, let alone how sharp his scratches could be. Use it once every week and it doesn't hurt him.
I did not find these to be effective in filing baby nails.
I honestly would buy normal fingernails clippers over these. You can't use them on toenails I even tried on mine. It's a pain using 2 clippers for my little one. I'd be nervous to use on a baby less than a year old. A little to sharp if they wiggle a lot.
I bought these based on the advice from a friend, and I don't really like them. I have nicked babies fingertips several times, mostly due to the curvature of the blades. The ability to see the nail is nice, but it doesn't help when the curvature of the blades makes it tough to actually clip the nail in one fell swoop. We're going to try the electric nail trimmers instead.
This product is extremely unsafe and the design is completely opposite of what they intended it to be. These clippers have nicked my babies fingertips more than I can even count I can't get a close trim without risking the tip of his fingers. Which I have snipped off the tip of his finger before with these. Just buy the cheap ones and save yourself some money. Your baby will thank you!
Bought these to file our baby's nails. They are so gentle. My baby doesn't fuss at all when we file her nails. They are well built and should last a long time. Highly recommended.
Love these! One of the only things I have that work on these sharp little baby fingernails. Plus, so easy to store and put in the diaper bag due to how small they are.
This is the only product i bought from this overrated brand that was not a rip off. It does break very easily, but it's also easy to repair. I like it.
