Received promptly after ordering it online. It was a fast service from Walmart. It works well.
Frigidaire is always a good purchase for an air conditioner. Got it for a gift but I'm sure they love it.
I love the small size and it is extremely quiet and cools the bedroom quickly!
It helps keep my central AC from constantly running in this hot temperature.
Easy to put on the window and a lot of cool air! Perfect for my room
I bought this to replace a 5 year old Frigidare 6500 btu unit. The new unit used the same amount of electricity but puts out a lot more cool air. Also the new air directional vents are much more adjustable and work well. I'n very happy with this purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Like it, but it was damaged. Install it, really need it. Works fine
I cant really grade this air conditioner yet. I noticed that when its set to cool, the lowest temperature and on high fan it doesn't really blow out cold air. It seems that colder air blows out when I have it set at a higher temperature lets say 65 degrees, med fan and on eco mode. Am I doing something wrong or is there a preferred setting to get the maximum coldness? Please advise.
the AC works fine the only thing that I have a major malfunction it did not have a drain hole for the condensation of the unit so I drilled a small hole in the bottom of the pan and now it drains properly I do not understand why I Frigidaire did not do this at the factory and therefore I cannot recommend it to anybody that does not know how to work on stuff at the home or is not a contractor or not involved in construction this unit works really good after you drill that hole but if that hole is not drill he could cause some major problems with mildew getting into the the condenser coils causing foul smells and odors for the life of me I could not understand why there was no drain hole
This unit does't remember it's settings when turned off. Every time I turn it on I have to go through a series of button presses. 1. press mode twice to turn it from eco to cool 2. press fan once to turn it to auto 3. press remote sensing once to turn it on. Now after having it for a few months the coils starting freezing up after 5 hours of use. Throwing unit away and buying a GE unit. Had a GE unit before and never had any problem with it like this one.
