FRIGIDAIRE FHWW103WBE 9,000 - 10,500 btu air conditioner

I bought it around 1 month ago. It's easy to install, easy to connect to my Wi-Fi with the app Frigidaire. I've got a 8000 BTU last year and my new 10 000 BTU is incredible. Wow very quiet and powerfull. As quiet as the 8000 BTU. I install all both for room around 15 x 12 foot and they work very well.

Very nice air conditioner. I linked the air conditioner with Alexa so I can adjust the temperature from my phone. Very satisfied with this product. Recommend

To anyone who has bought this model can you please tell me which way the filter goes back in after cleaning?

Absolutely love love love , my new ac unit. I live in the Coachella Valley area and its pretty hot with triple digits. Highly recommend this for anyone or a family during this hot weather.. Keeps my whole room nice and fresh. Stay cool mi gente.

I have a 400 ft two room apt. I live on the top floor of a brick building. The ac does not cool the second room . I have a fan blowing the cold air in to the living room.. there is 6 degree difference between the two rooms. No troubleshooting pages. For those of us who are technical challenged It is over all is good a.c but for my personal situation.. I have yet to be able to figure this all out.

Cools my living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway. Pretty loud, when on high fan. Tolerable when on low fan.

unit is quiet...cools the entire front part of my house. remote is a bit larger than I would like but great purchase

We were in the middle of a heatwave when I ordered this. It got here quickly and I set it up expecting to be cold within minutes. Unfortunately dissatisfaction was the order of the day. After plugging the item in and turning it on..... There was a problem. The internal fan failed to turn. The compressor kicked in and it tried but nope. I called Frigidaire and they wanted a bunch of ridiculous things and to get a new one would take upwards 3 to 6 weeks or longer. I went the simple route and just returned it to Walmart. Unfortunately there were none in stock online or in store so I had to order a 8k btu. Not happy with the product or Frigidaire customer support. I do hope it works for other people though.
