Use for preventing and treating pool black and green algae. Maintains the proper pool or spa chemistry. Use at the start and end of season to keep pool and spa algae free. No emptying and scrubbing. We use it in our spa so it only takes a very small amount once every 3 or 4 months.
Already gearing up for summertime fun. This will be our 2nd year with above ground pool. We tried 2 different products that claimed 90 day algae prevention, neither held true. We're hopeful this will work. As we don't have the Frog System, however if this product works by simply adding it directly into pool water, we will definitely look into switching over if possible. Fingers crossed!
We are planning to use this product upon pool opening to keep the algae down and under control ! It seems to be exactly what we need, although I will be following up with an update to this post after we have used it for three months ! I will be following be so happy if this is good for 90 days !
i dont have a pool, but my brother does and this is what he uses every winter. He says it dispenses really well throughout the pool. and it does an excellent job of controlling algeaand what he calls pool slime. He just adds it to the pool. Makes sure its mixed well and then covers the pool for the winter. When summer gets here he said his pool is ready to go.
